The Deluxe Room we occupied for 3 nights are not in great shape. Bathroom has some molds build up in the corners of the bath tub. Carpets needs a deep cleaning (shampoo and hot steam would be great) or maybe change the carpets as it seems it was the first carpets since the hotel built. Furniture also needs an update/change. Room is not equipped with microwave. We paid 100 for a one time used of the microwave at the hotel’s cafeteria. Local calls on a line land has a charge also. We are now thinking not to check-in with Richmonde Hotel Ortigas in the future as it was not really a greeat experience for our first time. The only thing was staff are really friendly and professional when dealing with us.
