Good stay
Friendly staff and clean rooms. Only thing I wish I knew was that there would be performances on the roof RIGHT above our room....

Horrible place. Crack house. Would never stay again. No breakfast. Loud all day all night. Motel 6 is what it’s like.

Hotel Fees
There's a $25 fee per night you're charged at the hotel, it's in the fine print. When we asked about this, they said it's for hotel upkeep, the snacks given to guests & the Wifi (which is advertised as free, as well as a free on the go breakfast adverstised). Didn't love the experience.

Not the best. There are better options out there.
This was my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel was not full and I believe I ended up with the worst room in the hotel. Although it was clean and sanitized, it was run down. Carpet stains, missing closet doors, sink did not fit properly on the vanity, stains on the walls, no heater, the refrigerator had a loud high pitched hum and the water temperature was luke warm. The room also did not have a full length mirror which is important when dressing for business. The linens were clean, the bed was fairly comfortable and the room smelled clean. If this hotel was along the highway and I had to stay there unexpectedly, I would not complain. But I had many options to chose from when visiting Phoenix, and I made the wrong choice. Will probably not stay again. Also, the $25 resort fee for very few amenities is excessive.

The room was nice and looked clean. However, the hallways and pool area definitely needed some attention. We were not told there was a parking fee when we got to the hotel (but we were given a parking pass) When it was time to check out, we were told that the parking fee was added to my bill, which got removed after we expressed we were not told about it. The restaurant has good food and drinks. There aren’t many things to do or see around the hotel, but it’s a short drive to business and restaurants.
