We had a multiple issues. Not every building has an elevator- really annoying when you are in the 3rd floor and are injured, making walking up 3 flights of stairs, with luggage painful, plus not good for my elderly parents. The a/c in our room was on, but didn’t make the room the icebox I wanted after spending the day in Phoenix’s 115 degree weather. The lock on our door didn’t work which we didn’t realize until we returned at the end of the night and were able to push the door open. The little fridge made ice, but there wasn’t anything to catch said ice, so it was melting and leaking onto the floor leaving a puddle around it. The coffee machine leaked all over too. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. We requested an early check-in, an employee had to walk across the property to verify it had been cleaned. We walked into the room and there was a different employee sitting on the bench in the room- weird and kinda freaky. She was supposedly checking the a/c and door lock, which we later experienced as not working properly. But the worst part was getting into the room- what a circus. While dragging my bum leg and luggage from one end to other for an elevator, I tripped and fell over my luggage b/c the ground was unlevel. We had family meeting up with this and told them not to stay at the same place. It was a nightmare experience.
