This is my second time staying in this hotel. The location is perfect and it’s a really nice hotel — great value. My only feedback is that housekeeping walked in on me without warning as I was in my underwear in bed. No idea how they weren’t aware I was already in the room.

Sleepless in a great location
The hotel was immaculate, well presented and comfortable; breakfast was very good, though no tea or coffee in the room; shower was fab. The room was small but modern and the location very central. This meant that there were literally screaming people outside that kept me awake from 3am onwards. I asked for an iron as there wasn’t one in the room and was told there were no irons but I could pay for a laundry service after 9am. I chose a slightly crumpled look…

This is very nice hotel in the heart of Madrid. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with questions. The hotel is very clean and has a nice restaurant as well as good room amenities like toiletries and a mini bar.
