Really outstanding hotel. Staff was extremely accomodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the location next to the train/metro station allowed for easy access to the city. Id highly recommend of you are visiting Prague.

Avoid it if you can.
The room was located at street level, noisy. TV couldn't be used due to its location. No desk, small safe not laptop size. Lighting level low not good for face shaving. The sink is in the room not in the bathroom and the faucet arm too big too reduce water spieling when you wash your face, no floor towel in front of the sink. No receptacles for cellphone charge.Furniture metal made, noisy.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!! There was no air conditioning! They said it’s only turned on during summer months but it was already 30 degrees out! We literally did not have a good sleep for 3 nights. The manager was rude and advised us to open the windows but it was still hot and noisy! We are staying on the top floor with only two small windows and direct sun on us. And they had no fan to provide to make our stay comfortable and we asked if we can change rooms to atleast have the balcony but he keeps on saying NO! The room was awfully designed, poor lights, clogged sink, bathroom door doesn’t open or close properly. I agreed with other reviews here that the manager doesn’t know the word hospitality!!!! Nothing good about this hotel.

A quirky looking hotel. The rooms are small which is okay but they have a cleanliness issue. Also, they claim to be soundproof but they are not. You will hear your neighbors slamming doors all throughout the night and morning. Overall it’s an okay hotel…you get what you pay for.

You got exactly what you see in the photos - pleasantly surprised- really lovely and clean- surprisingly quiet given how busy street outside - staff very helpful and friendly - only problem they gave someone a key to our room and they entered at 2am and woke us up!! Need the security brushed up a little - this has clouded my 10/10 rating - sorry Hotel Freedom
