Every staff that we had the pleasure in meeting were all courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and very spacious. Services were great, cleanliness too. The only thing was, I believe some (or one) of my neighbors smoked. I could smell the smoke in my bathroom multiple times a day. Fortunately I was given an air purifier, but I do hope they could just expel or fine the smoker in a non-smoking floor. Thank you.

I love the comfortable mattress and the shower. I didn’t appreciate that my room has an ugly surrounding and loud due to major construction work going on. Staff are friendly and kind. To sum it up , I love the hotel coz of the proximity of it to Greenbelt mall, not even 2 mins walk away from the hotel .

Staff are very helpful. On our last night, Nico and and Ken are very helpful and patient to assist us in weighing our luggages. Making sure that we meet the required luggage weight.
