Mala experiencia
Estuvimos solo una noche, a nuestra llegada la habitación estaba caliente, el AC estaba encendido y en 26 grados. Mencionaron que tenían un problema central con una “pastilla” que lo iban a solucionar por la tarde, esto no sucedió y no se nos notificó, únicamente dejaron un ventilador industrial encendido en la habitación. Todavía nos cobraron 100 pesos por cada hora por el early check in, honestamente es un hotel que no vale lo que cuesta, es viejo y descuidado. No lo recomendaría ni volvería.

Definitivamente si tienes algún problema articular o cardíaco no es conveniente tienen escaleras muy pronunciadas y no cuentan con elevador, su servicio de total play se desconfigura intermitente, no hay agua caliente en ciertos momentos tienes que esperar y algunas personas de servicio son pocos cortes. Lo bueno es muy tranquilo, camas muy confortables, creo que está sobrevalorado
