I loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this resort. First, the zero hassle for checking in. Second, the room upgrade and VIP treatment. The “ALL INCLUSIVE” is just that all inclusive. Comfortable beds. Fresh clean room daily and changed linens and toiletries replenished daily. Guest services were amazingly attentive to our needs if we needed anything. The view from our room was breathtaking. The food was delicious and very well proportioned. The pools (specifically the swim up bar) were lovely as well and was the highlight of my trip. Omg and to be able to scratch another bucket list item off of my list rode on the “Jet ski”. I didn’t want to leave but I will definitely be back in January…

The pool needs a lot of maintenance, there’s a lot of mold/algae. You can see it in the water when you are swimming. The hotel needs to have a ramp with access to the beach for handicapped people. The hotel needs to have some type of entertainment after the night show, maybe like a DJ or live music where guests can dance. The hotel needs to have a few waiters at the late night bar, because if you want drinks around 9pm you have to make line and it’s a big line. The hotel entertainment staff should have more interaction/activities with the guests thru out the day.

Had to book 2 nights here due to a cancellation of our flight last minute, had spent the previous 6 nights at the Marriot down the road. The Hotel itself is dated, dark, kind of dirty, overall not very inviting. The staff was fine enough, nothing extra or special to speak of. Food was terrible , did one dinner and was sub standard for sure. Ended up back at the marriot during the day to use the facilities, and went out for remainder of meals. I guess if your on a tight budget this would be an ok place to stay but if you afford to stay elsewhere.

The staff at this resort were very friendly and accommodating. Wish there were more fans or A/C throughout the resort for example the lobby area. Would be nice if there were more food options especially the buffet. This resort is great for kids as they had lots of kids activities available and entertainment was good as well.

You need to upgrade the TVs in the premium ocean front room. They do not connect to the Internet like the other rooms do and are old model and small. The pool should have more flowing water to improve the water circulation with the number of kids in the pool. Please keep your Fish Hut restaurant open on more days. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Lo recomiendo, con gusto regreso.
La atención del personal es muy buena, todos están al pendiente de lo que necesites. Solo tiene un buffet pero la comida es deliciosa 😋, cada noche varían el menú, además tiene dos restaurantes de especialidades (con reservación) todo super rico. Viajamos en temporada baja y considero que un solo buffet fue suficiente, pues el tiempo de espera de mesa no era mayor a 5 minutos (no se en temporada alta). En general yo sí recomiendo el hotel, mis hijos se divirtieron muchísimo, tuvieron el detalle de poner las mañanitas por su cumpleaños y llevarles pastel dos o tres días seguidos 🙈, los consintieron mucho, con gusto regresaría.

Me impresiono la calidad en alimentos y bebidas, muy bien. Como en todos lados hay detalles que no son de mi agrado pero asi es el proyecto del hotel hoy en dia.

Todo estuvo perfecto solo que hay muchas iguanas y a veces los niños se asustan y cuando se suben a los árboles que están cerca de las albercas, haces sus necesidades y a veces las pisamos

Property kept pretty clean, just hot at check in. With a strong deodorant/ perfumed order. Staff very friendly!! Room very clean. Taxi service very fast. Food at buffet could be hotter. Was just warm. Orange juice not so good. Pancakes cold. Very clean area to eat though. Waiters Very very friendly!! Would stay here again!!
