This is my fifth time in PV and third time at the Sheraton. Because of COVID, I stayed in a place that I knew. I've decided that if I go to PV, I don't need to stay in another hotel. This is it. Positive: The price is usually very very good. (Although I got charged nearly half the price over again in taxes and service!!!) The location can't be beat. You're right off the main drag. Buses (10 Pesos) are plentiful and you can easily take one from the airport or to El Centro. You can also walk to El Centro (20 min.) The food is excellent at the hotel. The Sunday brunch is amazing, although not as wonderful now due to COVID. (Note, I've never had dinner there.) It's also walking distance from other excellent restaurants. The beach could be better, but I do like the long chairs on the beach with the shady palapas and the drink and food service. Maricio was great. I stayed in a renovated room this time. Wow!

The staff was great and helpful. I left and forgot my passport in the safe but I called them as soon as I realized it. The found it and held it for me to go back and pick it up. Great accommodations I stayed there a few times and I will continue to stay there. Highly recommend

We love this hotel and return as often as possible. It is on the ocean, the pool and close enough to downtown that you can easily walk.

My bf and I celebrated our relationship by staying here. I booked all-inclusive, but it's not actually all-inclusive. Wifi is $5 USD per day. I paid for my dinner as well. The booking said I'd have a view but I only saw trees and a hotel bathroom. The mini-bar had 1 light beer which I was told by management would be "fixed" but it never was in my stay. They say that face coverings are required buy many guests walk around freely maskless. Room service for all-inclusive costs 100 pesos and cannot deliver alcohol to go with my one light beer in the mini-bar. I could say more, but why? Instead, I won't stay here again. The service was great. It's clear that the mgmt found a good group of people to represent their hotel. I left many tips over and above what was included. The food and beverage manager, I assume, named Sofia was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. If you have kids, this is a good option for you, but without kids, I'd say stay away. Not recommended.

Wasn’t a fan of the white bracelet, I do understand why we wear it. But I found it made us look like tourists, when in town. But over all the Sheraton was a 5 star experience. Plan on going back soon. The staff was excellent as well as the Sheraton it self.
