The Hacienda was awesome, we had a private pool for our back patio - get this room if at all possible! The staff were excellent from top to bottom. The food was fantastic and full of variety, my favorite was the outside taco guy at the buffet with the super spicy red salsa. You are in walking distance to 2 malls, and Puerto Magico - everything else is a short cab drive away.

The property is beautiful it self. The bartenders could be treating a little more on making drinks. The general manager Ernesto was very rude and not helpful at all. We wanted to upgrade and he didn’t even try to offer us a better deal knowing that the website had many rooms available.
