NEVER AGAIN!!
This is my husband second time staying here. Once about 2 and a half years ago and now this one. He loved it. The first time that is. But….. this time, horrible. Not only was it a problem checking in. (Issues with continuing to decline my cards. Two cards to be exact) I was told to come back in the morning to speak with a manager. Pet deposits not mentioned on website.
Due to issues with their system I had to pay the room fee with my debit. When I went back in the morning, I spoke with on-duty person and they ran my card again. Front desk stated the charge for the pet went through. Fixed right?? NOOOOOOO!
Found out on the second day they charged my credit card twice and was over the amount of said pet policy both time. When I asked at the front desk I was told they had no idea why again and I’d have to come back in 2 hours to speak with a manager. Asked for a print out of my charges and they couldn’t do that small thing. After speaking with the manager she said that both charges ($498 and $458) charges were wrong & it would fix itself when we checked out. Again wrong. We checked out a day early and It charged me another 58.00. That thankfully was removed when I questioned the incorrect charges again. The constant monitoring of my account was stressful. We’ve been home two days and the charges are still not right. I have a credit coming of over that I’ll have to follow up with again. Rude staff. Unknowledgeable. Banging doors. No water pressure. Scary dog area. NEVER AGAIN
