"Overall, I had a great experience—excellent service and a well-maintained hotel. However, there were a couple of drawbacks worth noting. First, the bathroom design isn’t fully separated from the main room. If you're sharing the space and someone is sleeping, turning on the bathroom lights or using the facilities can easily wake them. This setup isn’t ideal for guests with different schedules or for anyone needing to use the restroom during the night. Additionally, there are no self-service laundry facilities on-site. I was directed to the nearby Victoria Hotel, which does offer laundry machines, but the setup was less than ideal—the washer and dryer are located outdoors, under a shaded area. While functional, it wasn't the most comfortable or convenient arrangement. We did appreciate that the hotel allowed us to use their shower rooms before we went to the airport as we had to check out by noon and our flight did not depart till 9pm. That was definitely a very nice option! Hotel was close to Chinatown (about a mile) and an easy walk there and back with plenty of eateries and shops to peruse on the way there and back. "

"Perfectly situated in the midst of TST near the MTR, great room and amenities (excellent pool + fitness room), and a decent on-site restaurant. This is my go-to when visiting HK for its location, great eats and shopping, and quick access to the MTR to the rest of the city. All this makes for great value for the very reasonable cost."

Especially Chris Yeung and Cary, they are very professional and very friendly, and so does other staff but I can't remember all the names. All the staff are very friendly and professional and always wear a smiling faces. We have a wonderful experience to stay in The Luxe Manor hotel."

"My family and I stayed at Regal Kowloon from June 26-July 4, 2025. This was my return to Hong Kong after many years and it was lovely to visit my 2nd home again. I would like to share a few of my experiences: 1) Our room was spotless and the beds were comfortable, making a great night's sleep for me and my children. Housekeeper Ah WONG was very pleasant and always greeted us in the morning on our way to breakfast. 2) Front Desk staff were very courteous: WILLIAM and ASLAN provided helpful information about my stay. Duty Manager KING WONG was kind to approve our late checkout request. You have a good Front Desk team, Maureen - much appreciated! 3) We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, thanks to Paggy and the crew! The variety of food was fresh and scrumptious. I was impressed with the turnaround of the table after one guest leaves and the the table is ready for the next guest on busy mornings. 4) EMA in Club Lounge took good care of us as we relaxed and enjoyed our drinks, snacks and the massage chair :-) 5) Thank you Concierge MICHAEL & DAISY for storing our luggage while we were out and waited for our ride. 6) The hotel's location was conveniently located near Victoria Harbour and the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront. It is also a walking distance of many shops, restaurants and the metro station. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
