"Great location for all the experiences we were doing. It was a very walkable location to many tourist destinations. The staff was friendly and helpful with everything during our stay. The complimentary breakfast was nice and easy way to save a few dollars in an expensive city.

However, service was just meh…Examples include an overall lack of friendliness at the front desk, who seemed almost bothered whenever I asked for help. One example includes asking one gentleman for water (during a heatwave), who gave me one measly bottle, even though there were three in my party. Another example is upon arrival, I made contact with a bellman, who looked away as though uninterested in being approached for help....
