- the dim lights in the room. Needed extra lamps with bright bulbs
- the smallness of the room - especially with a wheelchair
- that the pocket door on the bathroom wouldn't stay closed, it kept rolling open
- no ice, no room service, no laundry service
- very poor parking situation that required walking outside by the criminal court...

"It's not a well kept property and from the outside it looks hinky. But the rooms are good and clean, smell nice and honestly, of all the hotels I've stayed in, the beds are the most comfortable. Wish they would provide more towels though."

"Beautiful, very clean hotel. The most comfortable beds and pillows!! Pool and especially the jacuzzi, are perfect! Great dining options and a pretty cool bar where you can grab a drink while playing pool! 100% recommend and we will definitely be returning soon! "
