Hotel ainda está sem estrutura de atendimento . Funcionários esforçados mas sem treinamento. Pegamos o melhor bangalô, porém o preço está muito elevado para o serviço prestado

Precisa melhora urgente.
Acomodações são novas e com muito conforto, porém tivemos vários problemas elétricos no apartamento, como falta de energia, não aquecimento dos chuveiros... Mas o motivo que não indico o TUJU é o serviço do restaurante do hotel. HORRÍVEL!!! estão perdidos, tanto no cafe da manha como o serviço na praia, almoço , piscina e jantar. Passamos muita raiva e em nenhum momento tivemos um retorno de um responsável. Espero que consigam organizar pois o lugar é um paraíso!

Hotel excelente em todos os aspectos: atendimento, limpeza, quartos confortaveis e comida excelente. Ainda um hotel novo com alguns funcionarios sem preparo adequado mas todos muito prestativos e atensiosos. Restaurante excelente mas com precos elevados mesmo para os padroes de restaurantes sofisticados e ainda cobram taxas de serviço que ao meu ver nao faz sentido ate porque o hospede ja esta pagando por tal. Espero voltar um dia.

Ainda em construção
Fiquei hospedado no apartamento superior com vista para o mar, a qual por sinal é de bem longe, não compensando pela vista em si. A única vantagem do apartamento superior em relação ao apartamento standard é uma maior privacidade quando se está na varanda, com a desvantagem de ter que subir a escada. O hotel ainda está em construção e alguns itens ainda faltam ou não funcionam. No meu quarto, por exemplo, faltava parte das batentes das portas, lâmpadas nos dois abajures, exaustor do banheiro não funcionava, a porta do banheiro não trancava e nem a tranca interna da porta de entrada do quarto. O telefone fica escondido atrás da TV por ter um fio curto. A pia do banheiro não tem o caimento suficiente acumulando água. O frigobar gela bem, mas ele sua muito chegando a fazer poça de água no chão. De bom tinha o tamanho da cama de casal, que na verdade eram duas camas largas juntas formando uma cama tamanho super king. O hotel possui um restaurante pequeno com poucas mesas, mas nunca o peguei cheio, pelo contrário, muitas vezes estava bem vazio nos horários que fui nos sete dias que fiquei hospedado. O café da manhã é bem completo, mas o cardápio do almoço ou jantar é restrito, possuindo poucas opções de pratos que agradaram o nosso paladar. Uma saída para variar de vez em quando foi apelar para o cardápio de lanches que só são servidos no quarto. Como ponto positivo está o atendimento dos garçons e garçonetes, todos muito atenciosos e educados, apesar de alguns serem inexperient
