The staff is warm and accommodating. We have one child with us and love having a 2bed / 2 bath but suite 1 V was large and accommodated a roll away easily. View was beautiful of the Shard.

"Best hotel in London I’ve been at. Centrally located right at the top of the City, right near Liverpool Street. Easy connections to West End, Soho, Mayfair, everything.
Great bed, fantastic pillows, sheets and towels, very dark with excellent blinds at first rate lighting options, excellent service, nice confortable bathroom, with Rain Shower from the ceiling (would be better with walk-in shower rather than bath, but nitpicking there).
Point of improvement would be to make all the buttons less...
