Grand Hyatt BGC is by far my favorite place now to stay while I’m in Manila. The staff and service was top notch and not to mention the facilities were excellent and clean. The breakfast Buffet was excellent with almost all the cuisines that my husband and I love. They were additionally very accommodating knowing my husband had recently had surgery. We absolutely loved this grand hotel, Everything was top notch. If I was going to nitpick to find anything to say they could improve on it's the showers. They leak into the bathrooms and you need a towel to dry it up. plus you can't put a towel behind the shower door because the door is too low and it gets caught. not a big deal really. the hotel is amazing.
