Lovely hotel with inviting courtyard and great location near the square and amenities. Hotel is in great location, nice place. But beds are hard as rock, it was a Wednesday when we booked and they had a party or reunion in the patio rooftop super loud and screaming until 4am you could’ve heard everything. It was so hard to go to sleep, so I do not recommend this hotel.

Throughout the visit, the staff was very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean and cleaned everyday. Located near the main tourist street, Quinta Avenida, the port with ferries to Cozumel and of course the beach, there is no need to use taxis at all. Breakfast was optional, and was only for adults. The kids had to pay their breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was nice and refreshing, especially in the extreme hot days.
