Lovely hotel with inviting courtyard and great location near the square and amenities. I rented a bike for my stay which made getting around even easier (Playa del Carmen is a great city for cycling). The room was clean and spacious. Staff were courteous and pleasant. Hotel is in great location, nice place. But beds are hard as rock, it was a Wednesday when we booked and they had a party or reunion in the patio rooftop super loud and screaming until 4am you could’ve heard everything. It was so hard to go to sleep, so I do not recommend this hotel.

Throughout the visit, the staff was very helpful and nice. The room was nice and clean and cleaned everyday. Located near the main tourist street, Quinta Avenida, the port with ferries to Cozumel and of course the beach, there is no need to use taxis at all. Breakfast was optional, and was only for adults. The kids had to pay their breakfast at the restaurant. The pool was nice and refreshing, especially in the extreme hot days.

It was decent for the price. The area was very convenient to all attractions and dining. Only thing I did not like was having to have the key in the key slot once in room. I know it was to conserve energy but room would be super hot upon our return to relax. The shower door did get stuck and came off but maintenance went quick and I simply asked they could fix later upon our check out. Lobby area was hot too but it’s to be expected. Other than that great price for the convenience of being near everything and one street over Quinta Avenida. Def would go back.

Our 3-4 stay here each time it’s very good service . Clean rooms tho a bit older hotel they keep it clean . We were upgraded to a very nice suite which I wished we had more time to enjoy . This property is beautiful! The staff are great, the cleaning crew are amazing and the facilities are kept so clean and sanitized! The Suite we stayed was big and so much natural light! One thing I will say, if you are a light sleeper, don’t stay here. There is a club next-door that don’t turn off onto 2:45 AM but other than that I will stay here again and I will recommend this hotel to everyone that asks

I have had the pleasure of staying twice at this wonderfully characteristic little hotel. I love the fact that it is so very close to every convenience that you might need, being 5th Ave or the beach. The staff is always been exceptionally kind and helpful and I love that the character of the hotel has such beauty in it. I will happily stay at this hotel anytime that I am in Playa if possible. The first time I stayed here inn2020, there was an issue with no hot water for the entire week but I wasn’t bothered by it as it was so hot outside, the cool water was refreshing. My most recent stay in February 2024 there was hot water all week. The Wi-Fi is a bit spotty but that’s safe to say anywhere. I fully recommend this beautiful little hotel. ☀️🥰
