Staff was very attentive. Check in is at 3:00 pm but they were able to give me my room by 1:00 pm since it was ready. That was pretty sweet. Also, I love have they have a water cooler in every floor.

Vacation fun
Property was in a great location. One block from down town where all the nightlife is. Lots of shopping and bars. Staff friendly. Took a red eye and was able to check in early. Unfortunately, there's no beach right out front and the water was brown and smelly due to the Sargassum(seaweed). Otherwise, great time. Bar on the rooftop with a small pool no jacuzzi. But beautiful view.

Not so great
May have been a 4 star hotel when built but certainly not anymore. Property has not been well kept. Our room wasn’t clean. The double standard queen had full beds. The restaurant next door played loud music until about 2am then starts up again around 8am. There was a rooster that would wake us up early and the jackhammer during the day. Probably great for spring breakers, but outside of that wouldn’t recommend.

Loud hotel
If you want to stay next to all the bar’s that party until 3am this is your spot. It was very loud in our room because you can hear the parties all night. When I checked in the front desk receptionist was rude & had my check in dates mixed up she also said all rooms with beachfront view only have one bed so no two Queen options. The breakfast spot wasn't open but I did try the rooftop bar & found it to be really expensive with gratuity automatically calculated in. I paid around $80usd for one Hookah & a margarita. The pool areas really small so not many spots to sit. The hotel is walking distance to everything & that was the only good part. I wouldn’t stay here again.
