Property was unkept, a lot of things need to be fixed. One of the windows was held in by duck tape. The towels that were in the room were frayed and thin. This hotel has definitely gone down hill 😞

Budget hotel. Have stayed many times but this trip opted for the express hotel on the Armida property. Was comfortable and clean. Only negative were the refrigerator trucks that parked outside our room and kept their engines running until 8:30 pm and started up again shortly before 6:00 am

Everyone who worked there was very helpful in making sure we were comfortable in our stay. We never felt unsafe and other guests were very nice. The one thing that we were most impressed is our tv did not have good reception, so they changed us to another room where tv was great, so they cared about our welfare and stay, Thank You Armida in Guaymas

Check in was concerned but then it was taking care, first room was horrible, beds were super hard unable to sleep first night lots of noise. But talk to receptionist and manager in charge and was able to move to a different area and new room beds were great and was able to sleep wonderful with paying a difference price
