This hotel is centrally located on Bukit Bintang, which is about the only good thing I can say about it, although their can be a lot of noise at night time as it's next to the nightclub area. To be fair, the reception staff were efficient and very helpful. We needed to change rooms and this was expedited efficiently.
My problem lies with the service staff, who were very unhelpful and, in actual fact, obstructive. We needed extra towels because the shower curtain is too short to drop inside the bath, resulting in continually wet floors. We managed to 'win' a couple of extra towels when we changed rooms but the service staff would not let us keep them. When I insisted on doing so they actually came back with security! I was not happy. It's not the way to treat a paying customer.
The hotel is now in poor condition and needs a top to bottom refurbishment. Loose tiles and fittings in the bathrooms; in need of a repaint; not enough sockets in the rooms. They should close each floor in turn and do the work required to bring it up to standard.
