The stay at the hotel was amazing. The decor was tastefully done and had a warm inviting feel to it. Staff were all warm, courteous and helpful. The welcome drink was a really nice touch, and really set the expectations for the rest of the stay. Our room was clean, spacious and beautifully done. Minibar was completely complimentary, which was a huge plus. I think this is something other hotels should learn from, in terms of providing additional value to the visitor. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and will not hesitate to come back again when we visit KL.

Nice looking hotel, nice looking room. Check in was awful. Disagreement on whether I booked breakfast included- staff was supposed to check in with management but I never heard back. After check in we received zero attention from front lobby staff. No suggestions for tours or attractions. Zero - nothing offered in the way of assistance to first time visitors as ourselves to KL. It’s likely due to not seeing anyone at the front desk over say 25 years of age. There is a maturity missing from check in staff. Cleaning staff worked at very odd hours and were extremely noisy. Disagreement on inclusion with reservation aside breakfast is extremely overpriced. Bed is both undersized and oddly sits low to the floor. There were heavy quilts that seriously competed with the aircon which is very odd in terms of foresight. The room was also undersized for a king room. Suitcases opened on the floor - meant no where to walk. Felt claustrophobic. Some of this criticism could have been spared with a well attentive front lobby staff who follows up with guests to see how their stay is going.

Every detail of this stunning contemporary hotel harmonizes. For example, you have an Amber drinking glass echoes the polished copper sinks. It isn’t over the top though. Dried flowers decorating the breakfast is so in point. I’ll be back!
