Overall ok experience. Accessible to shopping malls and KL. Bathtub was not working properly and wasted money buying bath bars. Door to the toilet looked broken. We had sent our clothes for laundry only to find out that it would only be ready after our check out date. Much thanks to the staff for accommodating and expediting the process. Not clean at all. The sinks was dirty and moldy. We came back from our day and there was a water leak from the bathroom ceiling. The staff put towels on the floor but it did not get fixed until we went down and complained about it. Decor was old. Staff was friendly. The lobby was nice and welcoming. However, the room was a nightmare. Do not recommend.
