Very nice otel, everything great.
Very nice hotel and unique! Its decoration makes you feel that you are in a tropical island! There is a tram station exactly outside from the hotel that takes you in 15 minutes in city center. The rooms are clean and big, the bed is comfortable. Always hot water in the shower. Everything great.

Truly a great stay, 100% recommend
I stayed here with my mum and from when we first entered to the last second we left the service was 10/10. Check in was smooth and easy with simple self check in machines, rooms were clean and spacious. The girls on reception were amazing, always happy to help and gave us some great recommendations. The complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water was icing on the cake. Location was perfect for us, a few minute walk from the train station, and a few seconds walk from the tram stop to the city. Would not hesitate to book here again!
