Bed issues
When we arrived it was pleasant that all the staff knew English decently enough to help us. Our room we booked was a double bed and they put us in a room with 2 singles pushed together! Not so good for a couple. When we went down to get it fixed the guy seemed surprised that is was not a double bed and it was put into the system as a double. Idk that seemed weird to me. There was also a stain on my pillow but at this point I gave up and used the other ones that seemed fine. Also it should be said that all the beds have wheels that are not locked so if “movement” on the bed is something to think about as your bed will end up somewhere else in the room. Otherwise this hotel is really nice and quite fancy with very modern and up to date work out room that is very clean and fast and many elevators. If your going on a girls trip this hotel would be the best of the best! Just maybe not for a couple

The hotel staff were very helpful. I arrived earlier than the check-in time but was able to get my room early due to being an Accor member. This was really very helpful for me. Expedia show the check-in time as 14:00 but I was told at reception is was actually 15:00 so be mindful of this if you book. I did find the bathroom quite small and not much room to manoeuvre in unfortunately as doors and the room were at weird angles.

Our stay at Hotel Am Konzerthaus was pleasant. Upon check-in, the staff was kind and accommodating. Throughout the stay, I didn't feel as though they went out of their way to make the experience memorable but all in all, it was a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet each morning was great. A large assortment to choose from and the staff was very friendly. The dinner menu was short and sweet. The food was good and again, the staff was kind. The hotel was clean, the feel was upper class and the location was great. Within walking distance of restaurants, shops and more.

Vienna hotel
The hotel was in a perfect location and generally had all of the amenities we needed for a trip. The room was spacious and perfect for our stay. Unfortunately, we noticed several days in that the hotel lacked cleanliness. Our new towels and sheets smelled. We found hair in our fresh towels and stains on the linens. Even after asking for these to be changed, the new linens were not fresh. This was disappointing.
