Amazing property, but a not so amazing service.
The property was amazing, with a really great ocean view and great pools. But the buildings were really old and not really clean.
Firstly, the check in and check out times were really weird. The check in time was at 4 pm and check out at 10am. This makes it really hard for people staying for a single night to really take advantage for anything the resort has to offer, since most stuff is timed outside/very close to this time window.
Also the service was not the greatest. Room service asked us to collect stuff directly from the deli when we asked for small stuff like coffee creamers. There were many small stuffs that room service could have done, but did not.
Lastly, the food wasnt that good. It was overpriced, but didnt really feel like i got the value for my money. The quantity was great, but the protein felt dry and bland. The fries were soggy.
Overall I'll give a 5 star for the location and property. But a three star for everything else.
