Realice una reservación para persona minusválida y aunq se dice ser un hotel de 4 estrellas no cuenta ni con rampa y mucho menos elevador para facilitar el acceso a personas con discapacidades. La encargada pésima atención y la única solución que me dio si no quería perder mi dinero era irme a un hotel a media hora de donde había reservado. Hotel en pésimas condiciones, no funcionaba el clima, no funciona la TV. No lo recomiendo, pésima opción para el costo que uno paga. Jamás vuelvo a elegir esta opción.
