Actitud de servicio PESIMA
El check in fue es más difícil y extraordinario de todos mis viajes (30 años viajando). Pedí el Acuerdo de Confidencialidad para entregar mi ID y NO lo tienen, ni saben que es... la dueña y/o Gerente no sabe escuchar, le grita a sus huéspedes y CERO actitud de servicio, parece ser que nos esta haciendo un favor al quedarnos en su casa vieja adecuada como hotel.... El cuarto 5 es la experiencia más incomoda para dormir, de las 10pm a las 2.30am escuchas un sin fin de carros con el volumen al máximo, escuchamos banda, norteño, corridos, etc.. adémas de todas las motos que pasan y a las 6m ya están los repartidores en sus motos con otra vez.... MAS RUIDO como sí lo escucharas en el buró. No se puede dormir. En otoño/invierno el cuarto es una coladera de aire frio, sus ventanas viejas (celosias) no cierran bien; por lo tanto, a las 4am el frio es insoportable. El estacionamiento es un tema, tienes que pedir la llave del candado para abrir la reja. No todo esta mal.... la limpieza del baño se puede remarcar como notable.
