Not the best
It’s a very cheap and beat up room. The room was mostly clean but the condition was so poor it looked dirty. The motel is right next to the highway so you cars very loudly unless up crank the A/C up. The A/C did work well and so did the refrigerator. It’s an ok place to stay if you just need a bed for a night.

If you’re a light sleeper you might not like it. There are trains during the night and the traffic from I-5. It was convenient for us since it’s right off the highway on our way home. It was a get up and go for the next day of travel. Cleanliness is below average. Property needs updating.

Somewhere to sleep
This is a motel style room, right next to the freeway. You’re booking this for somewhere to sleep, not to enjoy. Room was clean, bed was quite hard. Kept up most of the night by the sex noises next door but that’s not the owner’s fault!

Grateful overnighter on a long trip
Our little cabin/room was cute. Older and not fancy but it had charm and it was clean. Mostly quiet (there is a morning train). A place to eat in walking distance. Easy access to I-5. Great for trips.

Never again!
This place had very high ratings but wander if it’s set up. Would not stay again The add sets pet friendly, but didn’t show prices until you pay, with a No cancel Policy. Should be up front and listed, not a sign on the window when you have already paid The beds were clean but on wheels and very dirty under the beds. Very old and peaches and paint pealing. Took our dogs for a short walk on the street. 3 loose dogs, I think from the bar next door came charging in a pack. Had to scare them off. Not a good area to walk your pets. The bottom door handle didn’t catch when closed. Had to use the bolt latch. No garbage cans outside to throw pet poop away. We use bags and pick up, but didn’t want to bring in the room! Really? Put our socks to walk around on the floor. After a loud A/C got up to shower and get on the road and no hot water! Really?

Staff were courteous and welcoming. If you are looking for a luxury hotel at a low cost, keep looking. This is an older budget motel with clean relatively comfortable beds, easy access to I-5, nothing more, nothing less. I’ve seen reviews complaining about the road noise after choosing a property right next to the freeway. I find that odd. It wasn’t that bad, but it not quiet. I knew what I was getting, it was fine, for what it was; low cost, clean and a place to sleep. I’ve paid more for worse.

My Stay 6/27-6/30
Overall the room was good. Pros: It a nice small kitchen along with some utensils. Air conditioning was proper & Bathroom was clean too. Cons: Location of this hotel is little bit secluded and there are no other houses or hotels nearby. Make sure you get to the hotel before dark.
