very outdated
no food selection in the lobby, dirty carpet in the room, street and porta coche noise (single pane window), strange occupancy sensor switches, no mechanical ventilation in the room resulting in humid conditions (humidity level almost 65%). Extremely hot water, shower valves not regulating it down to code required temperature can easily scald someone. good location and airport shuttle. will not consider staying there in the future

I was very upset to find out there was a expensive fee to park my car for the night. I was not informed at time of booking. Seemed shady to tell me at check in. It was almost $39 for less then 12 hrs

Lad i only booked for 1 night
The hotel was a huge let down. The room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. It looks like the just threw the name four points onto an old motel. The bed was very cheap and uncomfortable. I woke up itching on my legs and back only to look in the sheets to find little black bugs that looked like flees. I expected more based on the reputation that Sheraton has. This was definitely far from it. Ive stayed at motel 6's with better conditions.

would not recommended during pandemic
I know we took risk by traveling but it is disappointing that Multiple staff members were not wearing face coverings or we’re wearing it below the nose. The pool had capacity for Covid safety which was also not enforced. The website shows room bookings were to a max of 4 ppl due to Covid Safety and there were large groups of 10+ at the pool. Pool area was also not clean. Rooms were decent but there was a connecting door for the next room which the people next to us were playing with the lock all night. I called up to front desk and there was no answer. Just overall disappointed.

Stay somewhere Else!!’
This Hotel is old and the pictures are very misleading. We checked in and they put us in the San Diego towers. The room was so old we thought we checked into Motel 6 not the Four Points Sheraton. The air conditioning didn’t work so we were moved to East Tower which was better but not great. I say spend a little more and stay some where else!! Not worth $115.00.

I didn’t like that the wait to check in was sooo long. Also I’ve never before gone to a hotel where I had to pay multiple times to be able to leave and come back to the hotel. Most hotels I’ve gone too have had free parking considering you’re already booking a room or a flat rate parking. I will not be booking here again.

Nothing like the pics - pay more and sleep better
Not good first impression. The hotel reeked of marijuana. The check in process was slow because there was only 2 people but one or the other kept stepping away. Elevators had signs of only 1 family per cart and no one followed the rules and no one there to enforce them. No hand sanitizer available in most places and didn't see anyone cleaning. Our room felt hot and muggy so I don't think the air was working. It felt in the high 70's the entire two nights. Our fault for not complaining and asked to be moved. The hallways looked worn out and outdated. The photos look NOTHING like they do online. The room looked twice as small. Housekeeping didn't show up once to change our towels, however, they did show up at 11:39 am to see if we checked out early (check out is at noon). I found a centipede on the wall which tells me they don't fumigate. The water pressure in the shower and sink were also very low. There is no mini fridge or microwave which means on top of the $40 something parking, you had to pay extra for food... which took an hour and half to get there. I would have preferred to pay a little bit more and be comfortable somewhere else. Will not be staying there again. Oh and one more thing. Apparently front desk forgot to set our key cards for two nights so after coming to room late night exhausted we had to go back down and wait in line for 30 minutes to get new cards.

They were busy when we arrived for check-in but the young ladies at the check-in desk were very fast and friendly. They provided a pack of sanitizer wipes to every guest! The rooms were nice and cold and very clean. It smelt nice and sweet in the room.
