Very convenient location next to the airport. The shuttle service was great, I didn’t have to wait a longtime and driver was very friendly. The staff at the hotel is awesome and the amenities they offer are really nice! My only thing is they really need to deep clean all the rooms and replace the carpet. Just needed to be cleaner. Fabulous hotel. I’ve stayed here a few times as it has a my preference when I’m flying in and out of LAX. Check in is seamless and all the staff are super professional and polite. The rooms are super clean with all the amenities and the bed is beyond comfortable. The pool area is excellent. All around this hotel is amazing and great value for money also. After an incredibly long and stressful day filled with flight delays, rebookings, cancellations, and so many unexpected difficulties, arriving at this hotel was honestly a breath of fresh air. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and exactly what we needed after such a exhausting day. The staff were absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived.
