The entire hotel was in incredible condition. The staff were super friendly and it was a secure hotel. You had to use your room key to be able to access the elevators to go up which I loved. The breakfast from the cafe was so good as well. Will def go back

We found it almost impossible to check out early when we had a medical emergency. It was awful to have to deal with Hotels.com, on the phone for an hour, just to check out when one of our party was taken to the hospital and was on life support, and the hotel itself could not change the reservation. We did not need all the extra administrative hassle. I won't use Hotels.com again.
