Treat yourself!!!!
Okay so im not sure what other people are talking about when they leave not so pleasant reviews, maybe they were expecting some sort of life changing disney experience, but this hotel and its staff were amazing!!!! From the moment we checked in to the moment we drove away, we were met with kind greetings and smiling faces. The pool was amazing, my kids didnt want to leave. We heard none of the construction considering we were in the tower directly next to where it was happening. Now....the only place we had any issue was at Trader Sams, we didnt have a reservation so we just did walk up and were seated pretty quickly but our waiter was a little less than friendly. Maybe just an off day for him and its not like it ruined our dinner, but compared to everyone else that we came into contact with it was a noticeable attitude difference. If you are on the fence about staying here because it is so expensive, just book it!!! You deserve to treat yourself!!

Dream hotel
Excellent hotel room is big clean all disney,pool is excellent and manned, we had dinner in there restaurant with goofey, excellent value, monorail near to get to the Disney land theme park,HAd a great mother's Day there, they left a chocolate bar out on my bed and gave all mams a flower, Very special time,
