It went smoothly, was caught off by the fact yall allowed us to pay for the breakfast add-on to your stay when its not actually offered because of covid.
Location is great , parking is off site , next building , costs $ 35 Per day , room cleaning was performed, no food option in the hotel , across from ferry terminal
Amazing stay ... wonderful hotel, great location!
It was ok I got to my room TV was on depressing news loud and no remote control I called two times front desk and after 30 minutes tolerating they broth the remote I think I was the only one intuit hotel I don't know why took them that long
Very nice and clean hotel. Overall experience was good, a bit limiting due to COVID, but a good location and the room was quite.
Friendly staff, clean, walking distance to farmers market.
The room was great and the view was great. The lobby was amazing. My girlfriend and I noticed that the sliding patio door tends to make a loud rumble. All throughout the night we kept hearing the rumbling of the door being closed over and over again.
Our stay was so-so. Because of covid there was little access to the entire hotel. Parking was not validated, which I felt should be as a guest. The room was not as clean as expected. The floors had crumbs from a previous stay. And even after room service, they were still there. The city view was not spectacular.
If you’re looking for a hotel with walking distance to the ferry building then this is your hotel. We had a great view of the bay. We splurged on a room with a balcony and bay view. But other than the great view and location, this hotel was not worth the money. The staff was great and they have great Covid procedures. Room was clean. But the hotel is old and can use some major upgrades. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It had a dip in the middle. The room was very basic with few amenities. And the bathroom was very sad. A tiny shallow tub that reminded me of the bathroom of my first apartment. The grout around the tiles is damaged but the water was hot and the shower was fine. We’ve stayed at some amazing hotels in SF. The Hyatt Regency’s room reminded me of a couple of places sad places we’ve stayed at in Eureka. My husband was impressed with the lobby and called the room modern. I guess I expected more from this hotel and for the money( comfortable bed, nice blankets, robes in closet, tub made for average sized person?).
There was coffee pods and the coffee maker, but no bottle water, we found two dirty bath towels, the place looks clean, but it was so dusty, every time you move dust bunnies would move along with you,
