Worth A Stay
Nice property a few blocks from Broadway. Parking was $55 per night however you can use the city garage for $35 per night two blocks away. On the street level is a great Mexican restaurant.

A top choice!
Great service clean rooms excellent amenities. Short walk to Bridgestone arena. Could use better seats for 6th floor bar/restaurant. We wanted to eat there but there were no real tables and the bartender was beyond slow. But other than that it was great!

Expected more from a higher priced hotel
My view was a wall 6 feet from the window. beds were partly made. They didn’t even bother putting the pillowcases on because they were still wet. Bathroom glass was not clean. Bed was comfortable, but the room has no character of any kind and no comfortable place to sit. I expected more for the money.

Such a bummer
The room is so cold and dreary and clearly made for easy sanitizing. Everything is gray. The toilet is way too close to the counter. The bottom sheet was a flat sheet and wasn’t on at the bottom, so when we got in bed our feet were on the mattress pad.

Stunk like mold and leaking windows
Room was not ready when I showed up, had to wait almost 2 hours for my room. The room I paid for was a non ADA room and they put me in an ADA room. The bath room stunk like mold and the shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. The mane living room had big windows that leaked when it rained, it rained for 2 days and it fill the living room with water.

We stayed for 5 days 4 nights, beautiful area. It was a bit noisy on Friday & Saturday nights, we heard everything from outside. The bathroom lights were very dim. We got the king suite it looked more like a dorm Room than a suite, I think it was because it was a handicapped room, could of been my fault. Overall 4 stars for the service.

we have stayed here now 5 years in a row, great rooms for long term stays as rooms have small kitchenette’s hotel amenities are good, pool is great restaurants good gym is perfect and breakfast included is exactly what is needed when on a work trip i will say tho, this time around our trip started out stressful my credit card on file was expired and i didn’t realize that as the room was booked about a year ahead i received an e mail from the hotels front desk stating that if i did not reply back to the e mail before noon that day the hotel was going to cancel my reservation this happened as i was bordering my connecting flight to Nashville i got on the phone as fast as i could to make sure out reservation was still ok granted i would provide the new credit card number they then proceeded to inform me that because i booked through a second party that it would have to be done through them i stated i was sitting on the plane waiting to take off , the hotel still continued with im sorry but we will have cancel if this booking isnt corrected i eventually was able to secure the reservation in the end but it was an entire day of stress and u wanted tension especially having to figure out everything while i was mid travel and boarding a connecting flight to our destination in the end it worked out but wasnt without 2 dropped frantic phone calls and several paniced emails
