Had a wonderful time from the minute we walked in. Toni at front desk give us excellent service and recommendations. Dinning food was wonderful at EP’s and Delta but service not very attentive or speedy, but respectful and gracious.

Done with Graceland and Memphis
For the cost of this hotel, it's shocking that there is evidence of poor routine maintenance. Carpeting was stained and torn. The windows from our room (from which we paid extra for a courtyard view) were CLEARY dirty from the inside. The hotel restaurants are very expensive and they wanted $6 for the bottle of water in the room. The surrounding neighborhood was sketchy with poor restaurant options and potholed streets. News report of a day-time shooting on Beale Street during our visit. Tried to add photos and video of the windows but would not load.

Our room was large, clean, comfortable, and the most attractive hotel room we've ever stayed in. The grounds are beautiful and all the outdoor seating areas most appreciated. The constant Elvis music contributed greatly to the experience. We wished we could have stayed longer.
