Our stay at Dreams Vista Cancun Resort had mixed experiences over the three nights.
Rooms and Service:
• The rooms were satisfactory, and the room service was reliable.
• However, we faced persistent issues with the sink and bathroom, which clogged continuously throughout our stay, leading to a constant water pool on the floor.

-The hot water jacuzzi was never hot.
-The drinks were mediocre, and poolside service was lacking. Frequently, our drink orders went unfulfilled, and there was no poolside bar.
-The food quality for lunch was below average, with repetitive options each day.
-Chips and tostada oil were of poor quality.
-The pasta served at lunch was often watered down.
-The Tacoria side’s staff was inattentive, and when I requested chairs for an empty table, I was told they couldn’t help, forcing us to arrange our seating.
-The food at the Tacoria side was often empty and not refilled, and it was left open, exposing it to hair and bugs.
-Evening entertainment was decent.
-Poolside games were enjoyable.
The elevators with no AC.
The lobby bar & rooftop bar were positive,good staff.
For a property marketed as five-star, it fell short of even four-star standards. Having previously stayed at Hyatt Ziva, which was an outstanding experience, I expected Dreams Vista Cancun, being a part of the Hyatt brand, to match that level of quality. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment, will not be returning.
