    Booked a room for an overnight stay in this hotel as a birthday surprise for my Mom. Staff went above and beyond in working with me to keep the secret going up until we went to the room itself and my Mom saw the birthday decorations in her room. Thank you so much to everyone who assisted me. The staff in this hotel is really A+. They always greet you with a smile on their faces and making you feel welcome and at ease the whole time. The suite we booked was really nice! Did not expect 3 bathrooms lol. Breakfast had limited choices but the food was good. I love that the meats had to be ordered instead of having them in food warmers the whole time, like with most breakfast buffets. Only snag in our stay was when we had a problem with the TV in the living room and I had to call Guest Services 4 times before someone came up and fixed it. But overall, we had a really nice time and would definitely book in this hotel again. :)

    We had an amazing stay. Breakfast was awesome, facilities are also awesome. Just a few notes, room amenities are incomplete, I hope that before turning over the room, make sure that it is complete, I had to call FO to request for towels and toiletries and would take time to be delivered. Another this is the check out procedure, I was asked to be seated while clearing our room and advised that she’ll call me once done and I’m not sure if the frontdesk officer if forgot about me, because I’ve waited long and I have to approach again only to find out they have cleared the room and Im good to go.

    We booked the 2-bedroom suite for our Christmas "staycation". It was very spacious. Ideal for families who want to cook. Pans and pots were available, you can use the oven and stove. If you choose to dine out rather than cook there area restaurants on the 4th floor whose cuisines range from Italian, Chinese, Thai, Filipino, and more.

    Extra large suites perfect for a family getaway
    The Alpha Suites was great for a family vacation in the city. The suites are enormous and the amenities are awesome. My little nephew never wanted to leave because of the giant pools, playground, gaming areas, etc. The check-in process took slightly longer than expected because we had requested a specific room type, but the staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, worth the money spent because of the spaciousness and amenities, and it was definitely the only suite we could get that large at that price point.
