No Spoons!
Went downstairs for breakfast Sunday morning. There was no orange juice, only 2 of 3 cereal selections available, no plates (more were brought out as soon as this was mentioned), and no spoons. Another guest asked the breakfast worker about the missing spoons and he replied that they ran out of spoons on Thursday and he informed management. How hard is it to send someone to Walmart and get a couple of packs of plastic spoons? Absolutely unacceptable!

Manger does nothing
Bed was broke door wood not lock did no door was not locking tell 2 days so my stuff in my room and my child was u safe in room unlocked. Bed was frame was broke and manger never came to talk to us I need full refund not ok

I rated the hotel a 3. The deadbolt was open. It was bit scary. Also there were only 3 towels in room when ask for face towels there were none . I think some of the workers are great; customer service was great. Just think some of the staff need training.

One thing after another….
The room was comfortable. However, the microwave’s door had to be pushed shut again at the top of door to make it work. The thermostat on the wall didn’t work.. but did on the AC unit, the telephone didn’t work and there was so much “clunking” from the floor above us.. had to move to another room in order to sleep.

Clean and Fresh
Nice, newer hotel. Comfortable, well designed and appointed room if a bit on the small side. Good location though somewhat off the beaten path. Once we got our location bearings though, getting around was quite easy. Everything was clean and fresh.

It was a sold out weekend and they were just unorganized. Rooms weren’t clean/ready by check-in time so we had to get ready in the lobby for an event we had to be at. We had to take our luggage back out to the car and try to check back in after the event at 10:30 at night. When we got back, they tried to put us in a more expensive room that we did not book originally. when we got to our room, the toilet didn’t work but they didn’t have any rooms to move us to so I ended up fixing the toilet myself. The staff wasn’t bad and I know they were overwhelmed due to them being completely booked and so many issues happening. They just were not prepared and it just made our trip a little more stressful.

Disappointing stay
Did not know that the water in the city came from a well and was brown. That's probably something to let guests know ahead of time instead of surprising them with a brochure once you question it at the hotel. Did not receive clean towels after placing towels outside and housekeeping picked up. After requesting towels from front desk because non were in my room anymore had to use blue pool towels because access to regular linens the front desk did not have.
