Our first disappointment was eating in one of the restaurants. They did not know what entrees were available. The waitress came back after we were finally able to get waited on, it was over 20 minutes, and told us that one of our orders was out of ingredients. So after another item was chosen she came back and said, Oh, they found one, so we are making your original order. It was 45 minutes later before we got our food. We spent almost two hours sitting at the table. The food was good, but the service was terrible.
As for our stay, we loved our room, but on our first morning there, there evidently was a leak upstairs and we found a large puddle forming in our bathroom. There were quite a few people who came by and looked at it, but did nothing. We took all of our towels and tried to contain the ever growing puddle. Finally, a Maintenance Supervisor came by and said that they would take care of it, but there was a much bigger problem upstairs.
So we put all of our belongings on the tables and desk and left to go to breakfast. We had just received our food at the restaurant and the hotel called and asked if we could come and move our belongings to another room. We said yes as soon as we finish eating. A hotel bellboy was promised to help us move our bags. We returned and went by the front desk and got the keys to the new room. The desk clerk said the bellboy would be sent to our room. We waited 45 minutes and no one showed, so we took our bags. Talked to Manager.
