Just ok
The pool was out of order along with 2nd floor ice machine. Hallways smelled moldy. Our room ac, you couldn't turn the temp down all the way without it stopping. The king size bed was hard nothing what you would expect in a king suite. Breakfast wasn't anything to be excited about. Service from people was great.

Use as a Last resort.
I first want to say the employees were great. Front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. The sweet lady that cooks the breakfast was also great. But, this hotel has some major issues. At first appearance from outside, it looks dingy. A lot of the windows are fogged up. When I walked into the lobby, it was about 80 degrees. Thankfully the a/c worked well in our room. The internet and tv were both out. So no tv or Wi-Fi while in our room. One of our two beds was broken, furniture was pulled out from the wall (probably working on tv or something), carpet was wet around the mini fridge, bathroom was kinda gross (funky caulk joints, leaky tub faucet, mildew on ceiling above shower). Beds were pretty comfortable and clean. We only booked this hotel because everything else in Ruston was already taken. Use as a last resort.

Awful.
No cable TV. No AC in lobby. No coffee or breakfast the morning of 9/10. Water in shower was tinted yellow. Booked through hotels.com and when we arrived at the hotel they did not have our reservation. Took an hour to get into a room because hotels.com did not send our reservation to the hotel.

No air in hallway smell bad mildew carpet
The room was clean but the hall way smells really bad here. Like old mildew carpet. There was no air in the hallways very hot. They continue to knock on my door cause they mixed up who check in they had me checking out I had to almost argue I paid for 2 nights. They where not so nice about it as if I was lying when ask my name they figure out they had me as a no show and check my name incorrectly.

Do not stay here
Waited 10min for someone to check us in at 830pm on a Friday. The whole while someone was pouring water and soap all over the lobby floor. Worse way to clean a gloor that I've ever seen. AC in room didn't work properly and smelled like mildew. Elevator didn't have proper buttons and had some glitches. I am done with this whole chain. Never will I use any comfort inn again
