I first want to say the employees were great. Front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. The sweet lady that cooks the breakfast was also great.
But, this hotel has some major issues. At first appearance from outside, it looks dingy. A lot of the windows are fogged up. When I walked into the lobby, it was about 80 degrees. Thankfully the a/c worked well in our room. The internet and tv were both out. So no tv or Wi-Fi while in our room. One of our two beds was broken, furniture was pulled out from the wall (probably working on tv or something), carpet was wet around the mini fridge, bathroom was kinda gross (funky caulk joints, leaky tub faucet, mildew on ceiling above shower). Beds were pretty comfortable and clean. We only booked this hotel because everything else in Ruston was already taken. Use as a last resort.
