Great stay
This was our first time at Boomtown and our stay was amazing. Our room was large, clean, and the blackout curtains were wonderful. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. When in Shreveport/Bossier, we will book again.

This was not what I was expecting, Check in had a sign that said they would be back in 10 minutes but the clerk was just sitting in the room behind the check on her phone. The parking garage was very dirty with litter all over the place. The room was run down with a small refrigerator just sitting on the floor.

Clean but not clean
The entrance was very clean and nice the people who checked us in were nice. Got up to the room…..not so nice. The toilet broke several times, the fridge didn’t work and was off the hinges, there was gum stuck to the night stand and the sink didn’t drain right.
