A Disappointing Small Room
We booked a room with a queen bed, but it was so small that we couldn't even fully open our luggage. This made it extremely difficult to organize and pack, which was quite inconvenient and disappointing.
Additionally, the public bath is not only paid but also restricted to men, which is both puzzling and disappointing.
While the staff provided good hospitality, I would still not recommend this room to any family seeking a comfortable stay in Akasaka.

Great location
Everything was good, but the room was extremely hot, we couldn’t adjust the heater so we had to turn it off and open the windows. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, very friendly and helpful staff, great location.

Mid for the price
Very small family room. The pillows smell like sweat and the cleanliness from the property wasn’t so good. The beds are uncomfortable as well

Nice stay at Tokyo
The hotel is good. The location was beyond perfect and close to train station. Room was small. Sofa bed was not comfortable. The breakfast area had an unpleasant smell. The hotel had a great amenity kit. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Stinky room
The room smells badly when I entered it. It smelled like someone pee on the carpet. The smells remain whenever you entered the room. The deodorant spray provided in the room didn’t help

Was a great play to stay. The staff here are really the best. They went out of their way to help us on multiple occasions. The front desk helped us with setting up transportation to the airport when the typhoon was coming. In addition, the housekeeping staff are so wonderful and work so hard in such a large building. It was very much appreciated how clean they made our room/bathroom. The only one small downside I would say for this hotel is the 2nd floor is a sauna, so you get a very strong chlorine odour. Other than that no problems here. Location is great and close to everything. Train station is a 1 min walk from hotel.
