The staff was very helpful, and I am grateful for the bilingual staff! The breakfast was wonderful! Though I believe there is a cover charge for the breakfast I think its 3000 yen. However, it is buffet style but really good food. The bar has happy hour. If I come back to the Shinjuku neighborhood, this will likely be the place I stay! The hotel is clean, modern and easy to navigate.

It was a very nice, staff was great and food was pretty darn good! However, since we are fat Americans, we found the bed a little hard and toilets too small for my round posterior. Also I sweat like pig at night and 20.0 C doesn’t cut it. I understand these issues are not universal but as an American, I’m gonna give my opinion even if it’s just a me problem. 4/5 pretty awesome stay. Would do it again!
