The bed was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The view of the city from the 30th floor was magnificent. The housekeepers were incredibly helpful and friendly, and they did an efficient job. I loved this hotel. The price was fair for services that rival luxury. The television was large and offered a multitude of channels and entertainment options, along with travel tips. Japan remains a wonderful place where everything is well organized!

From start to finish 100% awesome staff and facility! They made us feel like family from the start including my phone call at about 5:30 in the morning from the airport in Japan, throughout our stay, they answered all my questions and met all our needs!
