If you are thinking about booking this hotel just because some "xxxxtubers" recommended, I seriously urge you to reconsider. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Other than that, you get nothing else. No even a bottle of water. The hotel service is next to none. You'll need to leave specific instruct for them to clean up your room before 11:00. If you happened to be assigned the far end room, congrats, you'll have to suffer from no only the endless zigzag hallway, but also the over shadowed glass view by a much bigger building no more than 20m away. Overall, the hotel is over priced and overated. And i believe a lot of xxxxtubers are bought to trick ppl like me.

Not to my taste
Not my typical Tokyo hotel stay. I would be unlikely to stay in this hotel except it gave a good connection to a couple of trains to get to the Setagaya Boroichi. I like Asakusa. I didn't like this area, not into high priced designer shopping or a nightmare transportation nexus. Hotel was ok, bed comfortable. no daily room makeup but not needed. Their recycled water bottles were a good idea but smelled of petrochemicals?? Meh.

Either 1 or 2 in Shibuya depending on preferences
This hotel is probably the best in terms of rooms in Shibuya, and I've stayed at most of them over years of business trips. Location wise it is the second best behind the Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu. If you value the hotel room itself more I would stay here, but if you value even faster access to transportation and stores I would opt for the other.

Had a good one week stay there. Close to a lot of good food and shopping. Reception was friendly, helping me store my luggage before check in and after check out. Could hear sirens from my room though, so if you're a light sleeper, try to ask for a room that doesn't face the main roads

Great location in Shibuya
Great location. Lobby is on the 4th floor. Restaurants on the second and third floor very convenient if you are tired. There’s a Deli Market on the 2nd if you want to pick up a drink to bring back. No water bottles provided as they are eco friendly but they do provide a reusable water bottle that you can fill up at a water station but we didn’t use them. The view from the room was great (shibuya crossing, Miyashita park) When you step out of the shower you are in the foyer area. Nowhere to dress in private in case you are travelling with friends or older children. (Not sure how other rooms are configured) There was a laundry area on our floor for a fee. We didn’t use it but saw many other folks using it. Shibuya scramble square is right next door if you want to visit Shibuya Sky. There’s also restaurant options in there. Connected to the Shibuya station. Really enjoyed my stay.
