This is the 3rd time I stayed because it is on route to my destination. Of the 3 times I stayed there I had hot water only one time. That is unforgivable so I will be using my precious hotel that is a bit further but has all the amenities including a strong wifi signal. a hot shower is essential to weary travellers.

Does not have a restaurant, only a small breakfast option in the morning( not good) Also worst part was no hot or warm water for showers. Told front desk, she said “uh…oh…sorry??” Every thing else was ok, not horrible.

The building is very modern and nice, and the staff were nice and helpful. It is strange that in some nice looking hotels in Mexico they make you not want to come back by skimping on important details. The first was the wifi. They have a unique login for each room, but the signal was unstable and so slow it was basically unusable. The service man came immediately and rebooted the device, but with no improvement. Their solution was for me to use the business meeting room, which was very nice of them, but I would prefer to use my room as I do in all other hotels. The coffee make was a unique device I had not seen, but it also did not work as instructed. To top it off there was no hot water in the morning to shave and shower. My friends, you have invested a great deal in a very nice looking hotel. Don't ruin the investment by loosing your customers because you want to save a little on the customary and necessary details.

Caro para la ubicación
El hotel en general está bien, habitación limpia, de buen tamaño, cama cómoda, lo que uno espera de un hotel. El único punto malo es que no se encuentra en el puerto, sino en Tejería que ya es un poblado fuera de la ciudad, si no llevas coche te será muy difícil moverte hacia los puntos de interés en Veracruz y ni hablar del tiempo que perderás en traslados. Por un poco más de dinero te puedes quedar en un hotel cerca de los puntos de interés.

La habitacion estaba solo bien, no es muy grande pero funciona, la regadera estaba lgo insuficiente, como que tenia orificios tapados, y a cierta hr del dia la habitación huele muy mal, como a caño, y ws solo por un rato. Fuera de eso el personal estuvo muy amable y con mucha disposición, l atencion nos encantó.

No hubo agua caliente a mi parecer los calentadores de paso no sirven , prenden y se apagan y no hay mas agua caliente , tal vez piensen ellos que si hace calorcito se bañen con agua fria pero uno es turista y tiene otro tipo de ideas ademas para eso estan , mal muy mal

Muy mala atención cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que no tenía clima que lo estaban arreglando y que teníamos que esperar q fuéramos a dar una vuelta y regresáramos más tarde 😡 luego al otro día no servía el elevador y tuvimos que subir 4 pisos y las respuestas de la recepción eran muy groseros
