Hotel location was great, ample parking, clean lobby, specious room, but the bed and pillows were awful. The pillows were paper thin and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. We both slept like crap.

Everything was wonderful
The staff were fantastic and friendly. The facilities seemed well maintained and clean. There is free coffee/espresso/juice in the lobby (which was so convenience), and parking was secure and close. The room was very spacious and had minimal furniture, which worked fine for me. My only negative for this stay was the sound-proofing. My room was on the end, over the lobby and I could hear the holiday music and guests pretty clearly with my door closed, luckily I'm a deep sleeper and this was not a problem. Overall I would definitely recommend this place as a stop-over/stay

Single Visits Vary; Repeat Visits Not Recommended
I have stayed in this hotel many times over the past year- nearly weekly. This was an unacceptable and last experience I will have with this establishment. It’s generally OK for a single occurrence experience. More frequent visits will expose you to the problems of loud rooms, frequent staff changes that result in always learning check-in staff, limited available staff so when there are problems there is no one available to assist including when other visitors in other rooms are screaming obscenities and yelling for help the staff is not answering the front desk phone. The TV reception varies by room-some have cable, others have antenna service which varies greatly. These concerns were from my last experience with them. As a regular customer of over a year, I made these concerns known to the manager and she offered two free nights of parking (a value of $30) on my next visit with them. I spent over $10k over the past year and was offered $30 on my next visit. I found alternative arrangements.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE EXCEPT FOR 1 THING
I had a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, room was supper clean and spacious, coffee bar, cable t.v., and juice bar. The only thing i didnt like was that you had to pay $15 to park your car on the property overnight.
