Not as good as expected
Rooms are nice and well appointed. Valet staff super nice. Desk staff a bit meh. I checked in around 6 pm and they had one person serving a line of four guests. Person at the head of the line was having some issues. Eventually brought out a second person to check us all in, but took much longer than it should have. The big issue was noise. I asked for a quiet room. Note to desk staff: room next to elevator is not "quiet". The building is not well built - could hear the person above me walking around and people walking by my door. Even worse, every time a door closed on my floor, the mirror above my bed shook and made noise. For this much money, expected a better stay. I was only here for one night, so main objective was to rest after a long drive and sleep in my room. Won't stay here again.
