Able to get early check in for$75. i had just spent over 12 hours in airport and in the air, so I needed to rest. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Great breakfast. Loved having the airport shuttle.

Poor airport shuttle service
The hotel was excellent. The room comfortable. It is right next to the airport and our room faced the runways. We needed to put on white noice to cover the planes landing and taking off. The airport shuttle was not well organized. We waited over an hour at the airport to be picked up. Other hotel shuttles made three rounds before Hyatt Place made one. On the trip back to the airport we sat on the shuttle for 20 minutes while the driver chatted with a friend. We had to call the front desk on both trips to get the driver moving. The shuttle picks and drops off in an alley behind the hotel and this seems like an out of sight out of mind place for the drivers to chat instead of transporting guests. Other than the airport shuttle (which was vital for us) the hotel was top shelf.
